JOTFORM
Jotform turns the declarations, requests and applications your customers still complete on paper or PDF into online forms. Customers can fill them in and sign them on any device, and each submission goes straight to the systems your bank already runs.
Capture
Forms adjust to earlier answers, so customers only see the questions that apply to them. We build from your existing PDFs, which means wording that compliance has already approved comes across unchanged.
Sign
Customers sign inside the form. If your regulator only recognises certain e-signature providers, the form can hand over to almost any of them, as long as the provider has a REST API.
Route
A visual workflow builder decides what happens once a form is submitted, including who gets notified and where the record goes next. Nobody has to rekey anything or dig an attachment out of an inbox.
Store
Signed and unsigned copies are saved together in SharePoint, Google Drive, AWS S3 or your own archive, so they’re easy to find when an auditor asks.
Digital forms designed for real world customer requests
Plenty of regional and mid-market banks would like to move their forms online but assume that means building a customer portal. That’s a big investment to make for a handful of declarations. With Jotform, customers get something that feels like a portal, without the bank having to build one.
Built for the forms banks handle every week
Most bank forms follow the same pattern. A customer provides structured information, usually adds a signature, and the result needs to end up somewhere dependable. Each new form reuses the integrations, storage rules and signing set-up from the one before, so the second form is quicker to build than the first, and the tenth is quicker again.

Periodic reviews become a short online task for customers, not a printed pack they have to post back. You get a consistent, structured record each time, instead of a pile of scanned pages.
-
Customers declare their status and sign in one sitting, and the record is in your archive before enhanced checks begin. The questions keep the wording your compliance team has already approved.
-
A dedicated form captures what you need up front, so requests no longer land in a shared inbox as free text. The statutory clock starts from a submission you can actually track.
-
When a complaint arrives with the right details in the right fields, it can be acknowledged and routed straight away. That makes regulatory timescales much easier to hit.
-
Applications, declarations and signatures are collected in a single flow, so customers don’t have to send documents in stages. Your team gets a complete file rather than piecing one together from several emails.
-
Send us any form you currently print, scan or email, and we’ll rebuild it field by field as an online version. If you’re not sure where to begin, start with the form that most often comes back incomplete.
Why work with Holly Grove?
Holly Grove is a proud Jotform partner.
The form builder is easy to use, and we wouldn’t pretend otherwise. The harder work is everything around it: knowing what a declaration needs to capture, where each record should live, and how the signing step meets local rules. Then there’s keeping twenty forms consistent once the first one is live.
Where submissions need to reach Temenos, Mambu or another core platform, we connect them through REST APIs or a middleware layer that sits between systems. Most banks we speak to don’t have a team they can spare for that, and would rather we hand over something finished.
Already using Lasernet?
Jotform submissions can feed directly into Lasernet for document generation and signing, with both the signed and unsigned copies archived in Lasernet’s Archive. That puts the input and output sides of your customer communications in one place.
